The Rock Mesa series collects the stories of the students of Rock Mesa High School, an isolated desert town in central New Mexico that has a small but thriving werewolf community, as well as a dark secret…
There is currently only one book in the Rock Mesa series, The New Wolf In School, but others are planned. The Rock Mesa series is intended for young adult readers but is enjoyable for adults too!
The New Wolf In School
Amber Marshall has been bullied ever since she was eight, when she was bitten by a werewolf. Now that she’s moved to the isolated desert town of Rock Mesa, all she wants is to finish the last two years of high school in peace. But there are other werewolves at Rock Mesa High, and they won’t rest until she’s joined their pack...
Rieka Martinez was born a werewolf, and she loves it. In fact, she can’t see why anyone would want to be anything else. So why does her twin sister, Lunetta, want to go off to college when she graduates in the spring and pretend to be a human? The growing rift between them is keeping her from finishing the task the pack assigned her: recruiting the new girl in school...
Lunetta Martinez needs to get out of town. A reclusive werewolf who has shunned the high school pack, she’s much more interested in looking at the stars than howling at the moon. But trying to act human has drawn some unwanted attention…
Zoe Garcia is a scout, a member of Rock Mesa’s organization of junior werewolf hunters. In her eyes, it’s the werewolves that are least suspicious that you most have to keep an eye on, and in her mind, that means Lunetta. She’s clearly up to something. But Zoe has a new priority, too. It seems there’s a new girl in school, and the werewolf pack has been giving her a hard time…

The Crossover Series
The Crossover series chronicles Jenny’s path from ravenous monster to functional member of society - championship games and league suspensions, friends and enemies, lovers and exes, pack members and newly bitten werewolves. When there’s a full moon and you’ve got a final exam the next morning, sometimes it’s enough to just survive.
There are three books in the Crossover series: Crossover, Pack Definition, and Fresh Meat. The Crossover series is for readers 18+, due to strong language, mild sexual content, drug use, and graphic descriptions of werewolf transformation.
Crossover
Jenny Willis was bitten by a werewolf at the age of sixteen, and spent six long years locked away from society for her safety - and theirs. Although the lycanthropy virus still rages through her bloodstream, now she’s medicated, rehabilitated, and ready to start a new life.
When she’s not busy being a student at the University of Wisconsin, Jenny has another hat to wear, or rather, a helmet. Twice a week, she assumes the role of CarcinoJen, a blocker for the Madtown All-Stars, one of the Midwest’s premiere roller derby teams. It’s a lot to handle, but roller derby is one of the few things that calms the raging wolf within.
Her friends and teammates don’t know that she’s a werewolf, and Jenny’s afraid of what will happen if they find out. But Crash, a beautiful redhead, has been staring at her for weeks now, and Jenny’s getting butterflies in her stomach. With the team gearing up for their biggest tournament ever, and her love life on the line, is Jenny ready to spill her secret?
Oh, and don’t forget about that pesky full moon. And finals are coming up, too.

Pack Definition
The All-Stars - and Jenny - are riding high. Fresh off summer vacation, and looking to break into the upper echelons of roller derby, the team has an ambitious schedule planned for this season. All that comes to a crashing halt when an accident on the track ends with Jenny tearing her ACL - a season ending injury.
Or is it?
As a werewolf, Jenny is imbued with enhanced healing capabilities, but even with those, she’s still looking at a healing time of at least a few months.
Or is she?
Charlotte, one of Jenny’s werewolf friends, is a - ahem - “chemist”. And she’s got just the thing to get Jenny back on the track. Not in a year, not in a few months. Tomorrow. Charlotte and her husband are both werewolves who shun traditional pharmaceuticals to manage their condition in favor of more natural treatments. As Jenny learns more about their methods, she has a choice to make: her pack, or her girlfriend?

Fresh Meat
After a series of tragic accidents, Jenny finds herself in positions she never would have imagined just a few months earlier. She’s helping to coach the Brawl-Stars, Madtown’s developmental team, while at the same time mentoring Artemis, a former teammate and newly bitten werewolf.
Jenny is out of her element in another way too; her new coach wants her to play a new position on the track, and she’s in over her head. Try as she might, she just can’t seem to get her body to do the new things she’s asking it to do. To make matters worse, she seems to be hearing a voice in her head that won’t go away.
To combat her frustrations with roller derby and her ongoing anxieties surrounding the full moon, Jenny turns back to her experimentation with werewolf chemistry, which triggers problems with Crash. Meanwhile, there’s a new girl on the team who’s made it very, very clear to Jenny that she’s interested, werewolf or not.
While Jenny tries to salvage her relationship, Artemis’s health is on the decline, and she looks like she’s on track to be one of the ⅓ of new werewolves who don’t survive their first year. As Jenny tries desperately to save the life of her new friend, she resolves to do the one thing which may cost her everything else.
